Hi, i am a 20 year old female who has had lower back problems for years. I have been told by my former chiropractor that my spine is out of line. I move 2 years ago and have not seen a chiropractor since. I have now noticed that when i workout only the right side of my body gets sore. Could this be because my spine is out of line?

If you have any more questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
