I have excessive apt I have decided to do a list of stretches suggested in the videos on youtube and other sources. my question is it safe to do cobra stretches along with other stretches and if i do these stretches twice a day how long does it take to see improvement.
I’m afraid that I can’t answer any part of your question with certainty since I don’t know how much apt you have, what your lumbar lordosis is like, your age, sex and whether you have any other issues that need to be taken into account. I also don’t know what the ‘other stretches’ are. Add to that the fact that I haven’t examined you, you can understand that it would be irresponsible of me to offer any advice beyond saying that I suggest you make an appointment with someone (physio, osteopath or chiropractor) who is qualified to offer advice like this once they have assessed you.
