I been working out for around 3 years straight and i felt great until a week ago when i noticed while training arms that my biceps and triceps don’t do the work and i do everything properly, when i do bicep exercises my i feel it in my forearms and not in my biceps, i don’t get a pump from it. I eat and sleep well all the time. What could be the problem ?
This could be due to several possible reasons.
It could be your ‘form’, a neck problem, you could be lifting too light and doing too many reps. Equally, you could be lifting too heavy and doing too few reps!
I’d need to assess you, take a case history (to check if you could have injured yourself somehow and caused this) and take a look at your form whilst you’re lifting.
