i have tingling and numbness in my index fingers also feels very cold

Hi Peter, not sure what you are asking me for but tingling/numbness/coldness in the index finger would usually indicate nerve irritation/compression either at the neck (disk or arthritis), thoracic outlet syndrome (unlikely), carpal tunnel (possibly) or some other area of nerve compression. I’m not sure if it’s just one index finger or both that are affected. If it’s both then the cause is more likely to be something in your neck whereas if it’s just one then the problem could be somewhere in your arm.

Needs examining!

Kris
