Lower Back Pain and shoulder pain

I have had pain in my upper back and shoulder for the past one and a half years. I was seen by an NHS physiotherapist, and although some of the exercises helped, the pain never fully went away. Since mid-October, I have also been experiencing lower back pain. My GP prescribed painkillers, but they have not helped. I had an X-ray, which came back normal. Initially, I thought the pain might be related to my mattress. I was in Nepal for two and a half months, and when I returned, my husband had bought a new mattress. Since then, I have changed two mattresses. Sleeping on the floor has helped slightly. However, since yesterday afternoon, the back pain has become acute again.

Hello,

There isn’t a question in your post but if it’s ‘can chiropractic help me’, then, yes, a chiro would probably be able to offer you some relief from the issues you’ve described. Those are exactly the types of pains we see a lot of.

Phone your nearest clinic and have a chat with them?
