I’ve been dealing with a left-side levator scapulae issue for over 6 months now. It improves with rehab, but keeps getting re-aggravated during lifting, even with light weights. Tilting my head to the right and down hurts that area and the neck slightly.
Not sure if I’m over-engaging the levator during lifts or if my non-dominant side is just too weak and unstable.
Would appreciate any advice or pointers.

Without having examined you, if it’ is a lev scap issue, I’d advise massage and / or chiropractic as it obviously needs more than whatever rehab you’ve been doing to it.
