I have been suffering with a very stiff neck causing pain and headaches from the base of my skull to the top middle of my head which feels like a tingling sensation. The pain when i lie in bed to sleep wakes me up as i turn over or move my head. I cannot move my head either way left or right very far and have a constant aching and pain in my upper neck /skull. Can this be treated?

That does sound treatable by a chiropractor.

Obviously the chiro would have to take a case history and examine you properly before treatment for safety and diagnostic purposes.
