Hi there, suffering from bad nose breathing and sinuses blocked, also suffer from tinnitus are you able to do any ear adjustment procedures? I believe I may have Eustachian tube dysfunction as when doing the valsalva manoeuvre they seem to open temporarily then close back up. Neck also seems to be a bit stiff more than usual also and could contribute. Wondering if you can help in any way. Upper cervical adjustments possibly needed, cranial sacral technique, munci technique? Look forward to receiving a reply, thanks.

I don’t use the cranio sacral tech (mainly Osteopaths do) and have never heard of the munci technique.
