The various falls he’s had may well have resulted in currently sub-clinical joint issues in his spine but I doubt that spinal manipulation would help much, or at all with his ASD. As someone who’s on the spectrum myself, I’d suggest targeting his metabolic health as that has the potential to really help him-as I’ve found in my case.
