do you treat hiatus hernia?

My mother has Hiatus hernia. we know it can be treated by a chiro. we are finding it difficult to find anyone in the UK that specialises in this. everyone that does specialise in this are in america/canada.

I would be grateful if you may let me know if you do this, if not, then a point in the right direction would be great.

Thank you

Hi,

I treat it. My other chiros at the clinic don’t, just me.

    1. I only work Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you give reception a ring on 02083015859 they will be able to give you an appointment if you can make either of those days.

  1. H there. I was wondering if we can potentially discuss over zoom or teams about my mothers hiatus hernia. we live in the midlands, and though I used to live in east London and am very familiar with London, it is still quiet a distance away. it would be great if we can speak with her being present, and hopefully we may discuss the treatments you offer and length of time she may need for the treatments.

    Kind regards

    1. Hello,
Each treatment is up to 15 minutes long. I suggest though that she sees someone up in the Midlands. There must be someone closer to her than me who can treat this condition. If not a chiro then an osteopath or physio.

  2. Hi thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately there isn’t anyone nearby. The two centres we though would do it, don’t do it. Its not a problem for us to come to London and for her to stay there to get the treatment if needed as its better than sending her to new York or Canada.

I would be grateful if we may book a zoom with her present so she can understand what you offer, in terms of your services and that we may take it further.
we would like to know how many treatments she needs and timescale, diet etc . I am assuming we can make some sort of a treatment plan, and you may offer a package of some sort?

I look forwards to hearing from you soon.

    Kind regards

    1. Hello & happy new year!
I have asked around for you and found a couple of chiros that treat hiatus hernia. There is James Rousseau at Birmingham Chiropractic Clinic and Elizabeth Laverick in Leamington Spa.
You should hopefully get the treatment you need at one of those clinics.

    1. I’s sorry but I can’t as I’ve not had any contact with chiros in Cambridge for about 30 years! I had a quick look online and don’t recognise any of them there now.
