Hi Rob,

The technique called a ring dinger seems to be popular amongst American chiros on Facebook.

I don’t use it as it seems a little ‘extreme’ for my liking but it does look spectacular, which is why I suspect you see so much of it online.

It may help with low back pain but it’s obviously targeting the upper neck, C0/C1.
